Bought my first Skechers, elegant & comfortable. Big selection, nice display, & the young sales assistant was efficient & gifted. She's a credit to that branch; wish her the best in her career forward.

Very bad service at Oxford Circus outlet, they said that it is company policy that a client cannot try more than 3 pairs of shoes, we bought 3 pairs and wanted to buy more but it was frustrating. They refused to give their names, we asked for some feedback form or complaint book they said Sketchers does not have any client feedback mechanism. Refused to let us speak to the Store Manager, saying he in not available, we said we will wait for the Manager, they said he will not be available. Imagine store manager not available to solve clients griviances. Never expected this from a Sketchers Store, that too on Oxford Circus. Earlier we had bought 4 pairs from Covent Garden. The covent garden service was great, the Shoes are great. I am attaching both the bills. Hoping someone will read and address this Pathetic client servicing. Sketchers has always been a good brand.

I love these shoes: they are very comfortable, nice and resistant. Now I only use these. The store staff were amazing - very patient and kind!

Wow, first experience at a Skechers and if they are all like that I would expect they will be (or already are) hugely successful. Syed one of the best sales people I have had the pleasure of being helped by. Not pushy but super efficient, knowelgeable, friendly and quick at getting shoes to me and even taking payment where I was with no till. He was excellent and should be commended. I like the product and hope they last well as they are currrently super comfortable and so easy to get on and off!

I went into several shoe shops on Oxford Street you either can’t find the staff or they ignore you. I walked into Skechers and was approached straightaway by Sofiia, she helped me choose the right shoes and didn’t make me feel I was taking too long to decide.

Busy little shop but a great selection. The assistants have a lot of patience but also a radio to the poor person upstairs that brings down probably thousands of boxes an hour. Just imagine the floors they achieve on their Fitbit!

Cannot praise SKECHERS Oxford Street staff enough. Made the whole shoe buying experience a joy. The lady who served me and my partner was extremely professional and a pleasure to do business with.
